Shipping and Returns

All orders through SARL Les Editions Pilule Rouge are currently shipped from France* via LaPoste. Several methods are offered which will be outlined below. Delivery times will vary, but generally countries that are located at a further distance from France will take longer to arrive.
We ship worldwide but please note that shipments sent outside of EU may be charged customs and import duties by the local customs authority. Please contact them if you have questions regarding customs and/or import duties before placing an order.
Although the products we sell are generally allowed in most countries, we are not responsible for orders that are not cleared by customs.
* Not all shipping methods are available for all products. You will see which ones apply to your order during the checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are a bookstore or a retail store, please contact us regarding returns past 90 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs fees. It is also our right to refuse international shipments due to customs restrictions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return credits will be provided less the initial shipping and handling costs.
To return your product, first please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is approved.
